Anonymized client record · RAIN
How a 90-day pilot grew into a multi-year client relationship.
An anonymized example of winning a contained assignment, carrying the relationship through delivery, and earning opportunities across additional products over time.
Documented relationship · 2022—2026The challenge
What needed to be solved
The initial opportunity was deliberately contained: a three-month, $19,500 engagement covering auto and personal lending across four locations. The immediate job was to launch well. The larger commercial opportunity was to prove enough value—and carry enough context—to become useful across more of the institution's growth priorities.
The approach
What I personally owned
Won the initial engagement and remained the commercial and relationship owner through campaign setup, creative coordination, website and application tracking, and performance reviews.
Used each campaign cycle to learn the institution's products, decision process, customer journey, and measurement gaps rather than treating the order as a one-time media buy.
Expanded the work from the original lending campaigns into checking, certificates, credit cards, and additional auto-loan programs as new priorities emerged.
Turned campaign reporting into forward strategy, including a later deposit-growth recommendation built around funded relationships and retained balances instead of surface-level media activity.
